Since Acre entered the culinary landscape in 2022 they instantly became a force to be reckoned with. I’m hard on fine dining restaurants and I can assure you Acre is the best restaurant in Kansas City after our latest encounter.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary. We did the Chefs Tasting which consisted of at least 5 items. We also did the wine pairing. Let me tell you, it was excellent. Absolutely delicious and worth every penny. The food was top notch, learned about new wines with nice pours and precision pairings. The service was excellent and laid back. It was a fun evening. 52 day dry aged beef!

Came here for dinner! I got the 40 day dry aged KC strip, cooked medium. I also got the mashed potatoes. A very good steak! It was cooked perfectly and had plenty of flavor. Some of the best I’ve had. Mashed potatoes were very good as well. Light and creamy.
For dessert I got lemon cake with fresh fruit.
The staff and atmosphere was very welcoming and kind. They recommended things and told me that all of their foods were local to the area and Missouri which was really nice.
The perfect place for anniversaries, birthdays or any other special event.

The 40oz aged ribeye for 2 was perfection. I love the presentation before and after cooking, but devouring it was the best part. It’s truly delicious. The fried green tomatoes are expertly done, the puréed potatoes are very smooth and tasty, and the vegetables were delicious. I think the horseradish needs a bit more horseradish, but it was still pretty good. The s’more dessert was really good, but probably only enough for one person. We’ll definitely go back.
Welp, this was real good. I was curious and not sure what to expect from dry-aged steak, but I was not disappointed. The flavor was subtle and nutty, texture was buttery soft, and the sauces compliment it well. My favorites were the chimichurri and bernaise, although the horseradish was good too. The cheese curds were good but didn't blow my mind. The Brussels sprouts side dish was excellent, and the lemon cake was to die for. I was also pleased to see some reasonably priced items on the menu you can check out if you just want a nice dinner but aren't celebrating anything special. We'll definitely go back to try some of the other items.
First off, some of these 4 star reviews are comical. “I’d give you a 4.5-4.75 if I could…” honey you’re not the queen of England, humble yourself. Some of the best meals I have had, have come out of this kitchen. Fortunate enough to have dined here a handful of times this last year. The food and service are always on point. I’ve never had to ask for an additional napkin, fork or even more serving crackers for an appetizer, they always just appear at the table when you are not looking. Hats off to Andrew and his crew, they are fantastic! Special shout out to Kyle, Faithe and Angle. Your inside contributed to an awesome dining experience
We had a group of 7 in a private dining room and are completely blown away by the service, food, and atmosphere. Our server, Faith, was incredible. She provided the best recommendations and was outstandingly professional. The group got a wide variety of the menu. My favorites include the 35 day aged steak and the dill pickle fried chicken. The chef and owner poured the table’s wine and made numerous appearances. You can tell the staff is truly proud of their work and appreciative of those who benefit from it. I left speechless and satisfied. This Arkansas native will be back!!!! WOW!

The food was incredible. Appetizers were some of the best things I’ve ever eaten. We did the ribeye for two and it was good. The dry aged mean and crust was incredible. Our sides were okay but still good. The service was absolutely incredible and when we had allergy concerns they let us speak to chef to confirm what we could eat. Highly recommend.
We came in a group of 7 for a work dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. The wood grilled strip was delicious. The only think we were not crazy about was the pork croquette. pork loin was delicious! Jonathan was a great server - we loved his explanations and recommendations.
